9. Bölünebilirlik
9.1. Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmü, yetkili bir mahkeme tarafından geçersiz veya uygulanamaz bulunursa, söz konusu hüküm, gerektiği ölçüde değiştirilir veya kaldırılır ve diğer hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.
10. Feragat
10.1. ER Ventures LLC’nin bu Koşullardaki herhangi bir hakkı veya hükmü uygulamaması, bu haktan veya hükümden feragat ettiği anlamına gelmez; aynı veya başka bir hükmün gelecekteki ihlallerine karşı uygulama hakkından da feragat ettiğini göstermez.
11. Tüm Anlaşma
11.1. Bu Koşullar, Web Sitesini kullanımınızla ilgili olarak sizinle ER Ventures LLC arasındaki tüm anlaşmayı oluşturmaktadır ve daha önceki veya eşzamanlı yazılı veya sözlü anlaşmaların yerine geçer.
